Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Personal Workspace Connector accesses, uses, stores, and protects Google user data.

Application scope

The Personal Workspace Connector is a private application used solely by its owner. It is not available for public registration or use by unrelated third parties.

Google data accessed

After the owner grants permission, the application may access:

The exact access granted is shown on Google's OAuth consent screen.

How data is used

Google user data is used only to provide owner-requested productivity functions, such as preparing inbox summaries, creating or updating owner-authorized calendar events, organizing files, and reading or updating selected documents and spreadsheets.

The application does not use Google user data for advertising, credit decisions, surveillance, sale to data brokers, or intentional training of general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Disclosure, processors, and sharing

Google user data is not sold or rented. Data may be transmitted to Google APIs, owner-controlled infrastructure, and the application owner's configured artificial-intelligence or language-model service providers solely as necessary to perform requested functions. Those providers process data under their own terms, privacy policies, and account settings. The application owner controls which providers are configured. Data may also be disclosed when legally required.

Storage and security

OAuth credentials and any locally retained Google data are stored on systems controlled by the application owner. Reasonable technical safeguards are used, including restricted file permissions, access controls, and encrypted network connections. No security measure can guarantee absolute protection.

Retention and deletion

OAuth credentials are retained until access is revoked, the integration is disabled, or the owner deletes them. Locally generated summaries and working data are retained only as needed for the owner's personal workflows and backups. The owner may delete credentials and retained data at any time.

Revoking access

The owner can revoke the application's Google access at any time from the security settings of the connected Google Account. Revocation prevents future API access but does not automatically remove data already stored in owner-controlled backups.

Google API Services User Data Policy

The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Policy changes

This policy may be updated when the application's functionality or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
